Part-time Hourly Secretary Position -10 Month

Hours: 3 hours per day, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m

Salary: Per the CESP Agreement

Availability: Immediately

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OVERVIEW):

• Operate copy equipment
• Order and maintain all supplies for copy center
• Handling of time sensitive and/or confidential material
• Maintain copier equipment and supplies
• Coordinate courier services
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care, while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying staff requests in a high volume, production environment.
• Consistently adhere to business procedure and guidelines
• Participate in cross-training
• Maintain logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology

**Position requires daily physical activity to include; standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, use of hands, reaching, and various other physical movements and abilities in performing the essential functions of this position.
