Overview:
We are seeking an individual 62 years or better to be our on-site resident manager, this position will be an overnight on-call position. You would live on site in our 62 and older facility. Your compensation will be room and board which includes all utilities, cable TV, two meals a day (Lunch & Dinner), housekeeping services, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Be on-call over night
- Do walkthroughs of building at least once a night to ensure doors are locked, and building is safe
- Answer emergency pages from residents
- Answer front door pages / calls to let people in after business hours

Qualifications:
- MUST BE 62 years or better
- MUST BE willing to live ON-SITE
