Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure the well-being of our clients.

Duties:
- Assist individuals, including those with autism, with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide transportation for clients; a valid driver's license is preferred
- Deliver personalized home care services based on individual needs
- Implement behavior management techniques to support clients
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
- Knowledge of home care systems and procedures
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies
- Certification in First Aid is a plus
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals for clients
- Understanding of resident rights and dignity in care provision
- Previous childcare experience is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
