Colonial Metals Group is Hiring a Loan Processor Near Beach, FL

Colonial Metals Group is a premier financial firm in the Precious Metals space based out of West Los Angeles and West Palm Beach, FL!!

We are currently expanding our West Palm Beach team, and seeking a polished and talented IRA Processor to join our Team!

This person will be hired as a full-time IRA Specialist in the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Services department. This position involves the preparation of IRA documents and correspondence in a fast moving environment; communicating directly with customers, financial institutions, other members of the processing department, and with the sales team, as well as maintenance of confidential internal records.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience with IRAs - precious metals, cryptocurrency, financial services or investment firm is a plus!
  • Consistent attendance, must be punctual and reliable
  • High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in daily operations
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be personable, customer service-oriented, and respectful at all times
  • Able to establish rapport with customers; comfortable on the phone
  • Maintain a positive "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Be highly organized; able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Maintain internal client records and confidential information
  • Follow tasks through to completion
  • Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with others
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
  • Calm demeanor; able to handle occasional pressure with ease

Hourly compensation will be based upon experience; health benefits are available after 61 days; accrued paid time off; paid holidays. Friendly office culture and atmosphere.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
