We have several opportunities in this unique position with HUGE opportunities for growth and pay. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, but preferred. Our salary with commission-based pay scale gives everyone the chance to make as much as they want. Future opportunities as a 1099 contract to make even more money are available.

Create your own work schedule to best maximize your time. Make a difference in the community by helping homeowners during times of catastrophe and loss, while creating lifelong relationships/partnerships with the community. We perform insurance and retail work.

Qualifications for this position include having:

• Good Driving Record
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Motivation to sell
• Great customer skills

Experience IS NOT REQUIRED. We will train the right person!

Daily responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Conducting door to door marketing, when needed
• Measuring and taking pictures of projects
• Creating estimates and work scopes per job
• Follow up with customers
• Outstanding communication
• Working with insurance adjusters
• Commit to learning about the industry
• Performing roof inspections
• Managing customers in our database

Requirements include:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Climb and carry ladders
• Be able to work on a roof for inspections
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Driver's license
• Cell Phone
• Laptop – PC, not Apple
• Personal vehicle with ability to transport ladders – pickup truck
• Work in all types of weather, year round outside

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $100,000.00 per year
