This position serves as a knowledgeable and reliable liaison between Service Technicians and Guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for cars, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Include
- Greet Guests in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
- Actively promote and build rapport with the Guest.
- Advise Guests on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Generate and provide Guest with a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
- Establish and communicate timeline of repair with Guest and technician.
- Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, and company policy regarding the safeguarding all Guest, company, and manufacturer information, as well as Guest's vehicle and property.

Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalency required.

- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn from a mentor.

- Must exhibit personal and professional integrity.

- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish a plus.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision.

- Must have above average communication, Guest service, phone skills, and proficient in using tablets and computers.

- Some dealership experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have the ability to achieve exceptional Guest satisfaction.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
