Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, such as loaders, to load and unload materials
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to shipping and receiving procedures to ensure accurate inventory management

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with mechanical operations and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Note: Experience with cranes or order pickers is a plus.
