Job title: HR/Recruiter
Location: Detroit, MI
Job Duration: 6 months to hire
Job Description:
- Full cycle recruiting knowledge (1 years)- (non technical )
- Good on computers/HRIS
- Good with critical thinking/go getter who can navigate what needs to get done without hand holding
- On-boarding/Compliance knowledge
- Detailed orientated/Organized
- What ATS systems have you used (paycom preferred).
- Thick skin/Good with taking quick direction
- Willing to go onsite 5 days a week (could be hybrid eventually based upon performance)
- Friday Interview availability (1-hour video)
- Could start 5/6 (or 5/20 is the next on-boarding date
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
