Our Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Water Technicians to customers homes/businesses. Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! This is a full-time, REMOTE position working from home, Monday-Friday from 4pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Updating service appointment time frames for customers
• Rescheduling service appointments
• Updating service managers when issues arise
• Scheduling & dispatching Technicians to customer homes / businesses for all service trades (Plumbing & HVAC)
• Audit close-out information from Technicians within customer data base for accuracy
• Route calls using best practices
• Minimal administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with all Technicians
• Update Call Center Team with job availability

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dispatch/scheduling experience required
• Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices
• Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook Mail
• Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations
• Attention to detail
• Strong phone presence
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deliver world class customer service
• Be self-motivated
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
