This is an onsite role in Jamestown, ND. This role may be eligible for relocation support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead training development projects, assisting business and operations functions in identifying competencies and necessary training requirements to properly equip employees in those competencies
  • Develop project plans and coordinate completion across functions for training development and training improvement projects.
  • Coordinate internal training efforts as well as training efforts from outside training vendors to meet the training needs of functions within the business
  • Provide Training and Coaching on the Use of the Learning Management System (LMS), including troubleshooting LMS issues
  • Update and Maintain Training Records
  • Generate Training Reports and interpret the results
  • Maintain a Repository of All Course Materials
  • Manage and improve Training Processes
  • Assist in the creation of Computer-based Training Modules (CBTs)
  • Create and Maintain Courses in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate New Hire Training for new employees
  • Manage Multiple, Complex Stakeholder Relationships across the organization to achieve objectives
  • Ability to Identify Training and development Risks, Gaps, and Actions to Address
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainers to improve training content and delivery for classroom-based training activities

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing or Complex Operations Environment
  • Experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in an Official or Unofficial Capacity
  • Willingness and ability to communicate and collaborate with functional managers across the business to identify and assist in the development of training outcomes and methods
  • Willingness and ability to coordinate classroom training activities from local training subject matter experts and external trainers
  • Willingness and ability to assess and provide recommendations on training content, methods and delivery to improve current classroom training offerings
  • Ability to manage local online course catalog

Employee Referral Eligible

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
