We are looking to bring on a Site Quality Manager, Boeing programs & Regional Business Jets to manage a team of intermediate or experienced quality professionals managing small to medium-sized programs or a single program. You will be the focal for all site related quality initiatives for the assigned program(s). You will also recommend solutions for program problems, be accountable for compliance, and support program contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external quality issues in a timely professional manner
  • Responsible for resolving critical issues/situations ensuring they are handled correctly and within current policy/procedure guidelines
  • Support source inspections DCMA activities both internally and externally at suppliers
  • Support the CORE Implementation Roadmap Quality Element initiatives
  • Support Industrial and Program Reviews
  • Lead or participate in Quality investigations (8D, DIVE, preventative and corrective actions)
  • Provide support relative to the collection and analysis of Program quality data
  • Provide expertise and participate in process improvement tools and methods
  • Develop/implement and auditing of inspection and test plans, standards and acceptance criteria, and procedures / work instructions
  • Manage team to collect and analyze data to identify adverse trends and improvement opportunities for targeted areas of the organization
  • PPAP/APQP oversight including PFMEA assistance with Collins technical focals
  • Support the completion of First Article Reviews
  • Assist in the preparation, review and approval of specific quality documents, such as Quality Plans, Quality Test Procedures and Acceptance Test Procedures
  • Participation and preparation for customer, third party regulatory and internal audits
  • Assist in the management of Notification of Escapes with suppliers, internal manufacturing and the customer
  • Facilitate the investigation and elimination of causes of quality problems and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Provide support in the way of development and evaluation of process capability, process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions, and process audits with the objective of improving the process performance and capability
  • Participate in and lead Manufacturing Process Reviews
  • Writing / evaluating QMS procedures and Quality Standard Work

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience orin absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
