Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.

Sign On Bonus: $3,000

This position works independently with minimal supervision performing a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, parts issuing, and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Key material requests into SAP.

  • Accurately pick material from storage machines with specific SAP locations and batches.

  • Deliver material to the proper locations across the manufacturing floor.

  • Responsible for proper storage of material and filing of documentation.

  • Conduct inventory audits as required.

  • Handle urgent need requests from internal and external customers.

  • Report, update, transact and provide information that facilitates the general repair process.

  • Handle any additional tasks as requested.

  • Maintain short lead times and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.

  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills to work and interact with various levels of the organization.

  • Weekend (Saturday) commitment is occasionally required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations require. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to both sit for long periods of time and stand for long periods of time, as the responsibilities of this position may require both day-to-day.

  • Must have prior experience with data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP and other computer-based software, specifically Microsoft Office preferred.
