Collin County ENT is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Frisco, TX
Collin County Ear, Nose & Throat has provided quality, comprehensive otolaryngology care for Collin County patients since 1975.
Back office medical assistant needed for busy ENT office.
Must be able to operate & manage within a fast-paced environment that requires quick-thinking, superb patient-care and attention to detail. We see many patients each day and week and are looking for a great addition to our Collin County ENT Family.
The scope of Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the health care provider, the Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and well being of all patients.
- Assist physician and physician assistant with documenting patient encounters in EHR
- Obtaining vitals and medical history from patients
- Communicating various patient issues to the physician or physician assistant.
- Communicating with patients regarding medical questions and medication refills
- Sending various imaging orders and referrals
- Assist with medical records
- Perform other duties as requested by clinic manager and practice manager
Job Requirements:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Fluent in English
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
Quick Learner
Great Personality!

Monday - Thursday
8:00am-5:00pm
