Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.Job DescriptionWe are seeking to appoint a Team Assistant in Brisbane in this diverse position that requires a “can do” attitude. You will work closely with the technical staff and support the Administration Manager to undertake the administrative operations of the office so that technical staff can focus on their technical duties. This includes a broad scope of responsibility including project support and general office duties for your office and provide backup support for other offices when required. Specifically:Provide a high level of administrative support to the Project Team (Engineers, Designers and Drafters) as required. This would include, but not limited to, preparation of operational works applications, tender and contract documentation, correspondence associated with contract administration services, formatting of technical reports, Bill of Quantities, letters etc.You will manage the electronic filing system, office security and allocation of keys as well as maintaining the mail register for incoming and outgoing hard copy mailRun errands and deliveries and be responsible for the purchase of office stationeryQualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word – Advance level, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and Adobe DC (desirable) and ability to learn new software Superior accuracy and thoroughness with attention to detail in the completion of tasksProven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people (internal and external) in a polite and professional mannerPrior knowledge of administrative systems and proceduresAdditional InformationAt Colliers, we are enterprising.
