You will be responsible for;Tasks include:Visitor ManagementSupervising the delivery of Reception & Meeting room services Supervising the delivery of premium standard tenancy operations Accountability for team performance including innovation and efficiencies.Event Administration, catering fulfilment & VIP Hosting.Supervision of the mailroom operation including regular key stakeholder engagement and updating of processes and proceduresRostering and leave management of team.Audio Visual & Basic IT Support to stakeholders.Building and maintaining relationships with building management, contractor stakeholders and internal department heads.Benefits include the comfort of a Monday to Friday roster with a fully laundered corporate uniform and access to training and development that will take your career to the next level.
