Job Description

We are looking for an enterprising senior executive to be Managing Director of our market leading Occupier Services business, and a key member of the Australian Executive team.

The Colliers Occupier Services Team is a leader in the industry, specialising in Real Estate Strategy, Tenant Advisory, Portfolio & Transaction, Account Management & Workplace Management Services across Australia.

The Managing Director will lead the next phase of our growth, building scale and expanding client relationships by identifying opportunities for geographic and services expansion within the Occupier Services business.

This role forms part of the OS APAC executive which has overall responsibility for driving the business strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Build Scale:

  • Have a growth mindset and execute strategies to attract and develop market experts at scale.
  • Identify and operationalise new services and specialisations that improve our operating model and expand client relationships.
  • Be an expert at leading the operations of the business, encouraging collaboration and best practice, making great decisions quickly, all aligned with Our Enterprise '25 Plan.

Expand Client Relationships:

  • Articulate and operationalise the client strategy across the specialisations and locations. This includes both new and existing clients.
  • Enhance the customer experience, ensuring we always deliver memorable service.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to expand our services and geographic footprint to support the growth of our clients.
  • This role has responsibility for exporting Australian relationships to the wider Colliers network

Qualifications

Background & Experience

  • Proven Executive leader with total accountability for a significant business.
  • A demonstrated business-builder with a track record of delivering financial growth.
  • Property services, professional services, consultancy, or financial services sector experience preferred, but not essential. The right person has been successful in any major industry sector.
  • Professional exposure or experience in Occupier Advisory in the Office asset class will be advantageous, but not essential.
