As a Day Porter in Phoenix, AR , you're a dependable self-starter - who will perform non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 2 years' experience
• Effective communication skills

Bonus skills and experience

• Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)
• Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry

What success looks like:

• You effectively assist the Maintenance staff, Engineer and company vendors as needed
• Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment - promptly reporting all that requires repair
• Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services
