Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to work in our Philadelphia, NY office.

In this role, you will coordinate and manage the development of proposals and statements of qualifications and support major proposal pursuits. This includes working with Project Managers and the project team to gather appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of the RFP, assembling and packaging proposals/documents from inception through final product, working with marketing support and/or administrative personnel to facilitate contacting sub-consultants and/or teaming partners to assure all information is accurately provided.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project manager and proposal manager to meet all RFP/RFQ requirements and deadlines to ensure timely completion and delivery of submission
Create/update resumes/project descriptions
Knowledge of SF330 Forms, NYDOT Qualifications
Assist with special assignments as necessary
Maintains and updates CRM database (Unanet (formerly Cosential))
Clearly communicates with technical staff regarding RFP/RFQ details, schedules, and action items
Prepare and coordinate proposals and presentations from the initial stage to the final production and delivery
Comply with corporate standards to present a consistent appearance and style for external marketing communications, including project descriptions, qualification packages, proposals, and resumes

Qualifications:

Knowledge of procurement and RFP/SOQ processes
Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programs
Relationship Management
Business Acumen
Communication skills
Program/Project Execution

Must be detail-oriented and organized
3-5 years experience working at an A/E/C firm
Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint
Knowledge of InDesign a Plus
Strong writing and editing skills
Knowledge of Unanet/Cosential (CRM) a plus but not required
Must be proactive and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a heavy workload based on tight deadlines
