Bergmann, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking Architectural Designers to join our team in Toledo, OH, Lansing, MI and Grand Rapids, MI! 

Responsibilities

• Participate in design development under the direction of senior architects• Coordinate with engineering and clients as requested to meet the scope of the project• Assist in the creation of drawing sets, print and review for errors/quality assurance/quality control to ensure no outstanding issues • Correct drawings per Project Manager redlines• Coordinate with in-house or outside consultants on engineering for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.• Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques and procedures as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations to create designs/drawings• Use proper judgement to make minor adaptations and modifications to existing designs• Coordinate with manufacturers, contractors and in-house or outside consultants• Respond to requests for submittal-specification review and requests for information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field• 1 years’ architectural design experience is a plus• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD and Revit skills are required• InDesign and SketchUp operational skill level is preferred
