Collegiate Academy is seeking a motivated, dynamic individual with proven classroom skills to serve as a Full Time High School Math Teacher beginning Fall 2024.

The HS Math Teacher will support the school’s goals of fostering a student-centered approach to teaching and learning, balancing the innovation of a problem-based learning framework with a rigorous academic foundation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong record of achievement in establishing and maintaining a classroom with high academic and behavioral standards; a strong interest in and commitment to the use of data to drive instruction and raise student achievement; and a record of strong communication with students, parents and community members, fellow staff in the faculty community, and school Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA from a regionally accredited college or university (MA preferred)
• Colorado Teaching License with Math Endorsement (or highly qualified with willingness to obtain)
• AP/Pre-AP Experience preferred
• Saxon Math experience preferred
• Problem-based learning experience preferred
