Hours: Full-Time. Clinic hours required Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-2:00pm. Administrative hours flexible!

Job Summary & Qualifications

Seeking an RN Clinic Manager for our Walk In Clinic to provide leadership expertise to staff and ensure all patients receive high quality and efficient care with caring.

What you will do in this role:

  • Direct and monitor the day-to-day functions of College Park Family Care Center Walk In Clinic.
  • Collaborate with the Physician Director of Urgent Care and Director of Nursing to establish, implement and maintain goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems specific to Urgent Care.
  • Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for clinical staff.
  • Serve as resource for Walk In Clinic staff and providers.
  • Ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with College Park and state/government policies and protocols.

What Qualifications you will need:

  • Current and unrevoked Registered Nurse license is required
  • 5 years of clinical experience in a medical office setting is required
  • 2 years in a clinical management position is required
  • CPR Certification is required
