Busy daycare center looking for a part-time maintenance professional. (15-20 hours per week) Flexible schedule M-F mornings

• Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
• Install necessary fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Maintain grounds, collecting trash, blowing leaves, gutter cleaning, etc.
• Electrostatic spraying classrooms twice per week.
• Minor playground maintenance and inspection.
• Minor painting, caulking, pressure washing. 
• Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc. as needed.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, filters.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
• Report to facilities director regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
• General passion for creative problem-solving
