About the role:

The role of our part-time move consultant/office manager for College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving is responsible for tasks such as:

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Main GOAL: Assist in the daily warehouse operations and sales:

• Operations: Morning Huddles, Captains Replays, On-the-job Training, Initial Training, Monthly All-Staff Meetings, Weekly Manager Meetings, Investigate Damage Claims, Manage Moving Labor to company goal, Authority to Approve Purchases up to $500 without prior approval, Manage any other team members responsible for operational
• Human Resources: Conduct Interviews, Attend Job Fairs, Assist Director of Operations in Employee Reviews, Conduct Reviews for Management, Employee Performance Management
• Marketing: Develop Partnerships with complementary business focuses
• Finance: Be able to track and log labor percentages, work with management to discuss weekly financial goals and ways to get there, and/or work towards meeting monthly revenue goals.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least one(1) year of customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Must be able to provide a positive workspace for team members.
• Must possess the ability to make informed, data-based decisions and adapt to challenges on the fly.
• Must be safety and liability conscious.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process and strategy adoption amongst the team.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels.
• Must be self-disciplined and have the ability to work under limited supervision.

Competitive earning potential includes base salary plus performance bonus. Base salary increases based on franchise performance milestones and national ranking.

• Weekends as needed
