College at Oneonta is Hiring a Nurse 1 Near Oneonta, NY
Applicants must either be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State or they must possess a limited permit to practice nursing in New York State, or be eligible to enter the examination for such license.
Nurse 1 duties include but are not limited to: under the supervision of a higher-level registered nurse or licensed health care provider, provide direct nursing care to individuals in accordance with Article 139 of the Education Law; administer treatments and nursing procedures within established guidelines and as prescribed by licensed health care providers; consult on nursing matters with treatment teams; and may provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed direct care staff on nursing care activities to ensure the provision of quality care.
