Collections USA, a reputable full-service collection agency with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional service while adhering to federal and state regulatory guidelines.

Job Description:
We need a motivated Collections Representative who can handle a high call volume, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data accurately. You should have strong negotiation skills and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls, inbound calls, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data. Follow federal and state regulatory guidelines Provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Collections Representative. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high stress situations. Familiar with regulatory guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates that are bi-lingual (Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
