Job Description:

Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Foreman in the Fort Worth, Area. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

· Planning and organizing work schedules for the crew

· Supervising and directing the work of crew members

· Providing training and guidance to crew members

· Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on site

· Inspecting and maintaining equipment

· Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met

· Managing budgets and expenses for projects

· Monitoring progress and reporting back to management

Skills:

· 2 years prior experience as a crew foreman; or previous experience on the landscape install crew.

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

· Problem-solving abilities.

· Positive outlook, ‘can do’ attitude and a team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
