Groundswell is looking for experienced Appian consultants to help lead delivery teams, drive implementation success, and act as a trusted advisor for our clients. Appian Technical Leads help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and designing and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into our client’s architecture.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
• Supports design, development, and test activities
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
• Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure and tools
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of related Appian experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
• Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Dedicated to delivering strong results to clients
• Ability to work independently and across multiple concurrent teams
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification

Experience working in the following technologies required:

• Appian
• RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)
• Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g. RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)

Experience Working in the following Areas a Plus:

• Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Authentication (e.g. SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
• Data management and data visualization/BI
• DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management
• Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
