Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of LAN, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, and network administration. Responsibilities: - Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults - Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access - Set up new user accounts and profiles and manage security settings - Perform regular backups of data and ensure data integrity - Maintain inventory of all equipment, software licenses, and software documentation - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Qualifications: - Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network administration - Proficient in Windows Server operating systems - Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other networking concepts - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off If you are a skilled IT Technician looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization, we would love to hear from you.
