We are currently seeking a maintenance technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Nashville, TN.

• A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the community, running work order tickets, and conducting other assigned projects.
• Preventative maintenance projects to be completed in a timely manner.
• Try to complete repairs in house.
• Keep curb appeal at the highest level.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a high school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Candidate must have a vehicle that can tow a trailer, preferably a pickup truck.
• Smart Phone
• Willingness for occasional overtime.
• Great team player.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
