We are seekinga Diagnostic Assessor in Lima, OH. The Diagnostic Assessor will provide qualityassurance and regulatory compliance to client files, complete DA, and initialtreatment plans for the walk-in clinic.

Diagnostic AssessorQualifications:

·Bachelor'sDegree and LPC, LSW or Psych Assistant

·Excellentskills in diagnostic assessments

·Experienceworking with SPMI, SMD and SUD adult population

·Must bewilling to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number; and an OhioMedicaid number.

Preferred Clinicians:

·LPCC,LISW with LCDC
