The receptionist/front desk staff assist the office staff by answering our multi-line phones as well as some day to day administrative duties. Your day will consist of phone calls, greeting clients and visitors as they come in to the office, taking/processing payments, helping to keep reception area and conference rooms tidy, and other needs as they arise. The receptionist/front desk staff enables the office to run more smoothly and efficiently, they are an important part of our administrative team! The prime candidate will be able to pick up tasks and run with them while working with the many different personalities in our office.
The receptionist/front desk staff is the "first impression" of our office and needs to be a professional, friendly, and helpful person that also has the initiative for getting the job done. The customer and phones are your TOP priority.
