Cole Veterinary Clinic in Jacksonville Beach, FL is looking for a part time kennel assistant/veterinary assistant to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 319 3rd St. S. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, possesses good time management, in addition to a positive attitude. We work hard, but like to have fun doing it.

Responsibilities

*Feeding, walking, medicating patients, while maintaining hospital and kennel cleanliness *Veterinary assisting responsibilities include restraining patients, surgical instrument cleaning and sterilizing, anal gland expressions, nail trims, and more with training.

Qualifications

*Be able to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds to waist height *Age minimum is 18 years of age *Ability to work some weekends a month

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.50 - $14.00/hour.
