The Litigation Secretary role supports one or more attorneys and serves as a leadership position for other assistants and paralegals. This role is multi-faceted role, centering around the following core duties:
- Drafting/finalizing correspondence, legal pleadings, discovery and motions
- Maintaining/organizing complex legal files
- Maintaining client contact
- Managing attorneys’ calendars, tracking deadlines and hearings
- Booking flights and organizing itineraries for travel
- Participating in team strategy meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certification and/or 3 years of litigation experience
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite tools and Adobe products
Self-starter attitude and ability to lead others
