Responsibilities:
- Must be Computer and Internet Proficient
- Must have ability to keep good records and follow-up daily on orders.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Communicate to customers and co-workers the status of their order.
- Professionally answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Be able to read and understand the GM electronic parts catalog.
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary.
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers.
- Be willing to work some Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ work experience with auto parts sales.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- DealerTrack DMS experience a plus.
- CCCOne experience a plus.
