The Cole County Assessor’s Office, located in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Residential Real Estate Appraisal Manager. Missouri Certification as a “Real Estate Appraiser – Residential” is required. Prior Supervision experience preferred. Experience in Mass Appraisal a plus.
