Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This role requires excellent customer service skills to coordinate with our agents in the office, assisting them in marketing our listings and promoting the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with agents to develop marketing strategies for listings
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, marketing packets, and slideshows using various programs
• Brand Marketing using the provided Coldwell Banker tools and platforms.
• Utilize computer programs including Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the brokerage and its listings
• Maintain and update the company's website and online presence

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create marketing packets, flyers, and slideshows
• A marketing or other business degree is preferred but not required
