Coldwell Banker Tomlinson is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Near Kennewick, WA

Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)

Ready to love where you work, have supportive and collaborative coworkers, and managers you enjoy working with? At Coldwell Banker Tomlinson (CBT) we are a professional, industry-leading real estate firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and CBT, including inputting data into applications/programs.
  • Assist real estate agents and CBT with marketing, including creating fliers, social media posts, and more.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as assigned.
  • Greet clients and agents with a warm, friendly demeanor in a front desk setting.
  • Use digital filing systems to organize contract files.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Outlook (or equivalent).
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and complete tasks with or without supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technology applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a real estate office is beneficial.
  • Experience in transaction management is advantageous.
  • A real estate license or ability to attain one could lead to more growth within CBT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
