$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Actively recruit both new and experienced agents, highlighting the value and benefits of joining our brokerage. Utilize CRM and other technology tools for effective recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process for new agents, handling all necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Organize and lead weekly group training, as well as provide individual training to new agents. Develop engaging and relevant topics for training sessions, stay up-to-date with changes in Connecticut Real Estate, and share this knowledge with agents. Facilitate opportunities for agents to learn from industry partners, such as attorneys and mortgage professionals.
• Monitor leads and effectively manage the CRM system to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Provide support to the Broker in various management duties within the office.
• Maintain and increase the office's social media presence.
• Assist Broker in REO property management.
• Monitor and update office transactions.

• Hold a valid Connecticut Real Estate Agent license or Real Estate Broker License.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in Connecticut Real Estate, including expertise in Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, Short Sales, REO Sales, extensive contract knowledge, and familiarity with Connecticut Real Estate Laws.
• Proficient in social media platforms and adept at leveraging technology for real estate operations.
• Well-versed in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and mentor a large team of agents effectively.
• Possess a collaborative mindset with a commitment to the common goal of brokerage growth.
