RequirementsAn Illinois real estate license. If you don't have a license, we can help. Classes are offered in person or online. Illinois licensees must be 18 and have be a high school graduate or have GED. Must pass State licensing exam. The ideal entry-level real estate representative will be teachable, self-motivated, and creative.
