Here's what you need to know about the Job:

This position is primarily responsible for performing installation, training, service, and support at customer’s location, on Coldesi’s digital printing line of equipment. This is primarily a travel-based role where technician may be traveling approximately 80% of the time, both locally and nationally. Technician must be able to work well face to face, over the telephone, and via email on a regular basis to help resolve issues.

Preferred Experience:

Working with an online service portal like Zendesk or Zoho or a CRM (Client Relationship Management) Software.

Inkjet Printing Experience

Handling customer chats

Fielding basic support questions

Helping customers in difficult situations

Use of Microsoft Teams a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
