- Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Coldstone" when they enter the restaurant.
- Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests.
- Handling guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest’s dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and To Go orders.
- Maintaining guest checks in numerical orders.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent Coldstone as a professional in every aspect of performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
