```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Server/Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

```Duties:```
- Greet customers and assist with seating arrangements
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Retail math skills for calculating discounts or promotions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
