**Job Overview:**

We are seeking dedicated Owner/Manager’s Assistant to join our team. As you step into Manager’s role , you will play a vital role in ensuring all crew and shift leads follow standards, procedures and the store is run smoothly

**Duties:**

- Make sure all inventory is upto date and daily inventory checks are in place and done correctly

- Help with scheduling and staff assignments

- Make sure all crew follow standards and procedures

- Assist in training all store tasks to new crew

- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance as needed

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve food and beverages following company recipes and standards

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as required

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred

- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Willingness to help team members and contribute to a positive work environment
