Cold Stone Creamery of Margaritaville is now hiring smiling faces for its Assistant Manager Position.

Assistant Managers must be able to provide customers with Excellent Customer Service while leading a crew of up to 7 to a clean and organized store that follows brand standards.

The Assistant Manager must be able to take on all of the duties of the General Manager when the General Manager is off or on vacation.

This position also requires the applicant to have open availability.

Assistant Manager Duties Include

• Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
• Managing employees requests and transgressions
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (Required)
