As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are regularly inspected and properly sanitized
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall facility maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Respond promptly to resident and staff concerns regarding housekeeping services
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with management to implement and update housekeeping policies and procedures

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment
