Description
- You will lead and develop direct reports.
- You will partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience.
- You will partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs.
- You will manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management.
- You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- You will develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
