Coker is Hiring a Vice President, Business Valuation Near Alpharetta, GA

The expectation of the Business Valuation - Vice President (Vice President) is to drive projects forward. This will occur in one of two ways. The Vice President owns client relationships and works with Senior Managers to execute on that direction in completing the project with the assistance of Managers/Associates/Senior Associates. In this capacity, the Vice President’s role on projects will be focused on client interaction, establishing the direction of the project, providing ongoing guidance to the team, and performing the initial review of the deliverable. For a more limited number of projects, the Vice President will be expected to guide the Senior Manager and team in the detailed work on the project. These projects should be limited to higher complexity projects such that leveraging the use of the team alone is not feasible. Such should be the exception and not the norm.
In performing their role, the Vice President is expected to have expertise in the subject matters at hand and be able to teach Senior Managers/Managers/ Associates/Senior Associates, where necessary. The deliverables coming from the Vice President are expected to be practically in final form. The VP should be able to review all facets of the project and the rationale for the work performed/decisions made on the project articulated from the Senior Manager.

The Vice President will build client relationships and sell work. The VP will oversee work handed to them by the Senior Manager, provide direction for the completion of the work and look for new areas of business development with that client.

Generally, the mindset of the Vice President is expected to be one of “making it better”; taking ownership of work, the development of the team they are working with, and looking for ways/areas to make additional contributions to the success of Coker Group.
