As a Field Technician, Transport, you will drive a company vehical to fully service Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory. This includes first and second-line maintenance to ensure kiosks properly function, as well as coin handling and transportation responsibilities. You will plan and schedule your days by effectively prioritizing routes and making adjustments as needed to rapidly changing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preventative maintenance- wiping down kiosks, removing debris, changing paper, etc.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and replacing worn parts using small tools and diagnostic utility.
• Manage and prioritize field change orders including updating signage and displays, installation of wireless kits, software updates, etc.
• Coin handling and transportation- Utilizing a specialized hand-dolly, safely move coin bins weighing up to 600 lbs from the kiosks to the van/truck, ensuring coin bins are secure for delivery, and transporting them to a designated location.

Successful candidates will have:

• 1 years of Field Service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting & repair of computers, electronics, or electromechanical devices.
• Ability to move coin bins up to 600 lbs using a hand truck/dolly
• Valid Driver’s License & Satisfactory Driving Record
• Organization & Time management skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to travel to other territories up to 30% of the time, as needed to support coin pickups.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screen. A DOT medical card to operate a commercial motor vehicle will be required upon hire.

Pay & Benefits:

The starting pay range for this position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Short-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
