Position Summary

Cohesion Phenomics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our administration team as an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes, and facilitating timely reimbursement for services rendered. Common duties include administrative process assistance and data validation/submission.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Assist in cardiovascular genetic clinic preparations

2. Perform patient benefit checks and confirm genetic testing eligibility

3. Create and maintain appropriate documentation

4. Assist in patient insurance processes for cardiovascular genetic testing

5. Ensure strict confidentiality of patient records

6. Develop regular reports for management review

7. Follow all facility processes and procedures

8. Other duties as assigned by lab director and supervisor

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma (Minimum GPA of 3.8 required) or

Bachelors Degree (Minimum GPA of 3.5 required)

Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel

Percentage of Time

100% of FTE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
