And now we are looking for a SEO professional to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. This role involves thorough keyword research, analysis of SEO performance metrics, and collaboration with the marketing and content teams to optimize digital content. The candidate will also act as a website content admin. All the duties should be performed in English.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic;
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy;
• Track and analyze website analytics and organic search performance;
• Administer website content, ensuring it is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO and user experience;
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure website content aligns with SEO strategies and brand guidelines;
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed and mobile optimization;
• Manage content updates, ensuring the website remains dynamic and engaging;
• Oversee the website's content management system (CMS), ensuring its functionality and ease of use;
• Stay updated with SEO, content management trends, and best practices;

Job Requirements

• Level of English and Russian – from Upper-intermediate;
• More than 2 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the IT industry;
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console);
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
• Experience with website optimization tools and keyword research tools;
• Familiarity with CMS environments and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign effectiveness;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems;
